Oh! when you arrive on the earth
Then, I get a thousand bliss of my heart
You prettify the earth with beautiful mustard flower
Where its beauty is a joy forever
When my sweetheart hears an ode to nightingale
Then, I also hear a sweet sound of her bangle
My sweetheart Dodere Phangdang Basumatary sings
Along with nightingale and a joy of heart, she brings
Her song echoes along with the sounds of waterfall
I am mesmerized by her love when I fall
In the midst of mustard, she dances lonely
Plucking a bunch of flowers; she plays happily
I look her lovable face in the shade of silent creek
A ray of the sun when it falls on her cheek
Her sparkling eyes are unique and beautiful
It looks like a bright diamond, how joyful and wonderful
Nature beautifies with footprints of my sweetheart
When I embrace her warmly in my heart.
