Walking Through the Flame by Prince Samwarlei Lahai

Walking Through the Flame

I am walking through the flame—
I’m trying to ignore my impingement,
But it is too difficult to overcome it,
And it’s hard to hold onto my lips of pity;
I’m fighting on my own inner sorrows—
And I just keep dropping tears of upset.
I am walking through the flame—
Courage is the pillar of my wall,
I cannot easily be penetrated by pain;
There is nothing to flood up my wall,
I am huge to pass through the tribulation;
And I am too strong to cross any bridges.
I am walking through the flame—
Whenever I think about the past: I feel hurt,
But it won’t stop me from being ongoing.
The heart will be touched by hope—
Reliefs will embrace the disenchanted souls,
Pain wouldn’t be the triumph of the day.
I am walking through the flame—
Nothing will insist on my peace…
I’m courageous to defeat every outcome,
Never will I be feeble on anything life offers.
Even though, it’s difficult to resist sometimes,
But, I will stand all life’s fights that are clouded.
