Best Poem and Poet of the Day

How do you capture
The beauty of a woman so fine
Delicate are her features
Her high cheekbones defined
Her Gracefulness I try to interpret
My palette holds colors to blend
My talent, I wield with my brush
Painting my ardent love to send
With my strokes, I paint with love
Encased upon this canvas I capture
A beauty so rare and divine
My heart she has indeed enraptured
Do I profess my love for her?
What do I say?
Almost finished with my masterpiece
I want to beg her to stay
Oh, beautiful woman, my palette created
Thoughts in my mind conjugate
Your essence of beauty eludes my brush
My love, I profess before it’s too late
