The Fragrance of the Thames
(A poem dedicated to poet Shamim Azad)
Time passes.
The beckoning
never stops-
Like a bunch of roses.
Like a new dawn,
I look at the daffodil fields
on the banks of the Thames-
I see-
The poet is spreading
the fragrance of mustard.
