POEM WITH TUBEROSES
Been walking for awhile
through tuberoses,
with the poems caught at the waist
Sipping with insatiable
dew of lyrics
on mornings of song
Summer is circling me,
with joyful trills of birds
and a yellow sun hat.
At the edges of clover,
the butterfly dance begins…
Breaking with love
a white flower
and I hold her to my chest,
to be closer to me
of the soul.
The light springs then
warmer and deeper,
in the pound agreements
of the morning…
