Moments! silent, yet emotive—
From a sublime cell, is your comment
To muse, lordly meant:
Moments! you hold the hand-
Vision blind; yet! of your lore—
Upon mankind, confessed
that which you are known for-
Moments never promised! then again, nature’s claim-
by nature of intentness;
And one to one, bestowed of love,
Claimed…the most divine gift from above:
And moments! as I write!
I have surely heard you speak-
Of that which is much…entitled necessity-our seek.
